What is Tie guan yin Tea?
Tie Guan Yin tea , also known as Tie Guan Yin tea – 鐵觀音, looks quite similar to Oolong tea, and is classified as an oolong tea. This is a famous tea from Anhui, Fujian. The tea is made from a tea plant of the same name: Tie Guan Yin. It is classified as one of China’s “ten famous teas” – one of the 10 most delicious teas that tea connoisseurs want to enjoy.
The most popular and easily found Tieguanyin tea on the market today is green Tieguanyin, with a fresh, light flavor and an attractive orchid scent.
