There are 3 factors that will affect the quality of tea when brewing, which are: water temperature, tea/water ratio and steeping time. Adjusting these 3 factors while brewing tea will help you have a delicious cup of tea.

Recommendations from Vietnamese Tea  : Brewing temperature: about 90°C, amount of tea: 8g/200ml of water, steeping time: 20-25 seconds.

Step 1: Heat the teapot 

• First, you should rinse the entire teapot with boiling water. This will help maintain a stable water temperature during the brewing process.
• Leave this country alone.

Step 2: Make tea

• Put tea in a teapot. The amount of tea is about 5-8g. You can adjust the amount of tea in the following brews to choose the most suitable amount of tea according to your taste.
• Pour hot water about 90 degrees into the teapot. The amount of water is from 150-200ml.
• Steep the tea for about 20-25 seconds, then pour all the tea in the pot into tea cups or teapots.

Step 3: Enjoy tea

• After pouring all the tea out of the pot, open the lid to let the tea cool down.
• When you drink again, add more water to the kettle.
• Now it’s time for some tea.

Some notes to make better tea:

• Add more tea if you want it stronger, but don’t steep it longer.
• When making tea, if you want the tea to be clear and beautiful, you should pour the water into the pot very gently. Avoid stirring the tea leaves in the pot too much. When pouring tea, you should also pour gently, the tea will be very clear and beautiful.
• To easily observe and control the quality of tea, you should brew tea in  a glass  or  ceramic teapot. These are two materials that honestly reflect the quality of tea, are easy to clean, and do not retain odors. They can be used to brew many different types of tea.
